Are your items authentic?
Our extensive authentication process consists on inspecting each item by our in-house or third-party experts. All of our items are 100% authentic or money-back. That is our promise to you.
Where are your items from?
Our inventory is sourced from a variety of places that include local consignment shops, local vendors, and online third-party platforms.
Shipping:
When will my order be shipped?
Once your payment is processed, please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
What shipping services do you use?
Our orders are sent via USPS and UPS. At this moment, we do not ship to international addresses or P.O. boxes.
Shipping address and billing address must be the same. If you pay through PayPal, we are required to ship to the address on file in your PayPal account.
Signature is required in all our packages.
What is your order cancellation policy?
Generally, we do not accept cancellations. Under special circumstances we will charge a $125 cancellation fee to restock the item.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do our best to present the condition of every item accurately with photos, description and videos if requested. Please contact us with any further questions prior to making your purchase.

Taxes are collected in the State of Illinois.
